I am an Aerospace and Rocket Science engineer turned passionate teacher. 10 years in the US working with top aviation companies like Airbus, Boeing, Rockwell Collins and Nasa made me realize the importance of introducing engineering, science and technology to people in simple terms.

So, I started my YouTube channel LMES in 2014. 2 years later, I came back to India to start my own company LMES Academy Pvt Ltd. LMES is now one of the top edu-tech companies in India. Over the past 7 years, I have addressed thousands of students and numerous colleges and organizations.

Being a first generation entrepreneur was not as easy. To overcome the struggles in the entrepreneurial journey, I came across personality development courses and books by various mentors and gurus.

I wondered why we don't learn any of this in school and realized the world would be a better place if everyone had access to this success formula!

This led to me starting a club to engage 2000+ children and introduce goal setting skills and grow personality development along with sci&tech. To my surprise, parents who tried the regime along with their children, found a remarkable change in their life as well.

That’s when The Goal company was born.

I gathered 500+ interested parents and guided them to work towards their life goals with the knowledge I had gained over the years. We worked on disciplining our lifestyle, understanding the psychology behind being successful and managing time and money for a steady growth.
